Teddy Bear is a 2-year-old Chow Chow mix with a story that starts in Texas. We don't exactly what happened before he was found — he was discovered outside a school, alone and waiting for help. Thanks to a rescue program, Teddy got a second chance and made the long trip north, where he finally met his forever family.

His first stop was Cape Cod, where he learned how good life could be — running around the yard, exploring the beach air, and soaking up every bit of love he could find. Then came New York City, where Teddy discovered a whole new world (and his favorite hobby: chasing pigeons).

Now he splits his time between the beach and the city, reminding everyone he meets that rescue dogs don’t just find homes — they help make them whole.
